Damaged Items
Received a damaged item? Email omniq.support@gmail.com with the subject line "DAMAGED," your order number, and a photo of the damage within 14 days of delivery.

Missing Items
If your order arrived incomplete, email omniq.support@gmail.com with the subject line "MISSING ITEM" and your order number.

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
