Shipping policy
The time for order delivery is divided into two parts:
1. Processing Time Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are usually processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 business days after the order is placed and payment is received.
2. Shipping Time This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance: For most regions including the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on your exact location.

Note that for some countries outside these main regions, shipping may take slightly longer than estimated.
Insured Shipping If your item is lost in delivery or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement item at no extra cost, provided sufficient proof is submitted.
Tracking Information Tracking numbers frequently take a few days to update and display the correct live tracking information. Please use a 3rd party website such as https://17track.net to track your order.
Multiple Packages Some products might be shipped out separately and arrive at different times because we dispatch from various warehouse locations to optimize delivery speed.
Unexpected Delays Depending on the volume of orders we are receiving or your local customs processing, your shipment may occasionally take longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working hard to get everything out ASAP. We know it may be frustrating to wait longer than expected for your order, but the one thing we don’t want to compromise on is the quality of our products. Thank you for your understanding.
Changes & Modifications Request If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at omniq.support@gmail.com and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to change it. Please make sure to double-check your items to avoid disappointment.
